Description:	Climate change interacts with social determinants of health to disproportionately impact populations experiencing health disparities in the US, and timely, effective, and culturally appropriate adaptation and mitigation actions are needed. This workshop will convene researchers, clinicians, and community partners for two days of panels, presentations, and flash talks on the state of the science in order to stimulate community-engaged, multi-level intervention research.
