Description:
As a Baby Boomer you are reaching mid-life in a rapidly changing world. Your generation has established new social and cultural norms; now boomers are set to break new ground once more - this time, by redefining what it means to grow old. During this period of change you may have parenting responsibilities and/or elder care responsibilities; you may have accomplished a great deal in your personal and professional life but may feel confused and disoriented about future roles. As a result you have a high risk of burnout, at work and at home. Our EAP Counselor will discuss this kind of burnout and suggest renewal strategies to rebuild your resources and energy.
