Andrew Shatté is Ph.D. psychologist and research professor who has conducted extensive research into the effects of thinking style on resilience, motivation and performance, and Fellow with the Brookings Institution where he trains high-level federal and military executives to better understand the psychological aspects of resilience and human performance. Dr. Shatté has determined that resilience is the single greatest predictor of who will succeed, who will be happy in both their professional and personal lives.
