Description: Special meeting of the Advisory Committee on Research on Women’s Health (ACRWH). The NIH Revitalization Act of 1993 established the ACRWH, a Federal Advisory Act (FACA) committee, to give advice and make recommendations on priority issues affecting women’s health and sex differences research. ACRWH members are selected from physicians, practitioners, scientists, and other health professionals with balanced representation from across the US. This meeting will include a briefing of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine's (NASEM) Assessment of NIH Research on Women's Health.
