Description: Biannual meeting of the Advisory Committee on Research on Women’s Health (ACRWH). The NIH Revitalization Act of 1993 established the ACRWH, a Federal Advisory Act (FACA) committee, to give advice and make recommendations on priority issues affecting women’s health and sex differences research. ACRWH members are selected from physicians, practitioners, scientists, and other health professionals with balanced representation from across the US. The topic of the meeting is Technology, Engineering, and Innovation in Women’s Health Research. The meeting will include an ORWH Director's Report, a panel discussion, presentation from the NIBIB and SEED Office Directors, presentation from the Assistant Director of the U.S. National Science Foundation' Directorate of Engineering, and the presentation of four concepts for Advisory Committee clearance.
