Description:
What makes a team great? The joys and successes are multiplied by the number of people in the workgroup; and few of us could imagine getting the job done without the support and effort of those around us. But there are also challenges, obstacles, and decision points that can come into play when a group of individuals comes together for a common purpose. This seminar will address three tactics that will help any team increase their performance and satisfaction.
The NIH Work/Life Center (WLC), in cooperation with the NIH Employee Assistance Program, presents the “Faces & Phases of Life” seminar series for 2005.
