Description:	NIH staff will conduct a technical assistance and information-sharing workshop to allow potential applicants to discuss and clarify any issues or questions related to RFA-RM-04-017. The NIH is also seeking public comments regarding the potential use of a deviation to the standard patent rights clause to limit the rights of MLSCN center investigators to retain title to certain subject inventions involving the use of proprietary compounds in order to access and assemble the largest collection of compounds as possible for this project.
