||For many working parents, the gap between school and work hours leaves children at home by themselves for a couple of hours, and this can cause a great deal of worry and stress that make working difficult. In this session we’ll help calm those worries by giving you techniques for preparing yourself and your child. We will discuss setting up and communicating fundamental safety rules; how to evaluate your child’s readiness to stay home alone; and how you can work with your child to make the time alone at home as safe for them and stress-free for you as possible.
