\n\nDr. Christman will discuss the development of injectable extracellular matrix (ECM) derived biomaterials that self-assemble to form porous, nanofibrous scaffolds once injected in vivo, as well as an infusible ECM formulation for intravascular delivery. These ECM biomaterials are showing promise for regenerative engineering in several applications including cardiovascular disease, women’s health, and systemic inflammation. This talk will cover the translational progress with these materials including the first clinical trial in myocardial infarction patients.\n
