I'M NOT SAYING HOW GREAT THIS APPLICANT IS. IT SIMPLY IS YES THEY MEET THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, OKAY. AND SO THAT REVIEW OF APPLICATION NOW TAKES MUCH LESS TIME THAN IT USED TO TAKE. AT THIS POINT NOW A LIST IS MADE OF THE CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB. AND THEY ARE RANKED. THERE ARE THOSE THAT ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND THOSE THAT SIMPLY ARE QUALIFIED. THAT LIST WE CALL THAT THE CERTIFICATION. THAT CERTIFICATION IS SENT THEN TO THE PROGRAM, THE PERSON WHO IS GOING TO BE DOING THE HIRING. WHO IS THE HIRING MANAGER, RIGHT. WE STILL HAVE AN 80-DAY CLOCK TICKING THROUGH ALL OF THIS PROCESS. AND NOW THE MANAGER, HIRING MANNER IS GOING TO REVIEW THOSE APPLICATIONS, THE HIGHLY QUALIFIED APPLICATIONS ON THAT CERTIFICATION.
