Description:	Plain Language Awards Ceremony This year’s keynote speaker, Burkey Belser, communicates information to us everyday. As a design consultant for Federal agencies, he developed the Nutrition Facts Food label, the Drug Fact label, and the Energy Guide label. With simple, clean design, Mr. Belser conveys important information at a glance. At this year’s ceremony we will again honor NIH employees who have developed communication products that are exceptional for their clarity and reader focus.
