Description:	NIH Clinical Center Ethics Grand Rounds A clinical team has determined that despite their best and aggressive efforts, the patient is not responding to their interventions. They ask the patient's family to consider withdrawing some of the care, but the family insists, for cultural and religious reasons, that all aggressive measures must be continued. How should the team proceed? This dilemma will be the central question discussed at Ethics Grand Rounds.
