Description: During his opening remarks, “Research Milestones: 60 Years of Clinical Research,” Dr. John I. Gallin, Director, NIH Clinical Center, will highlight some of the most significant milestones in the Clinical Center’s history.

Dr. James Holland, Distinguished Professor of Neoplastic Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, will present “The Human Mammary Tumor Virus,” and Dr. Steven Holland, Chief, Laboratory of Infectious Diseases, NIAID and Deputy Director for Intramural Clinical Research, NIH, will speak on “Location, Location, Location: The Mycobacterial Susceptibility.”
