Description:	Immunonology IG Seminar Dr. Jinfang Zhu received his Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He completed his postdoctoral training at the Laboratory of Immunology, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, with late Dr. William E. Paul, studying CD4 T helper cell differentiation controlled by key transcription factors including GATA3 and T-bet. He started his own group in the Laboratory of Immunology as an Earl Stadtman investigator, and is now the section chief of the Molecular and Cellular Immunoregulation Section in the Laboratory of Immune System Biology. His lab studies functional heterogeneity and plasticity of CD4 T helper and innate lymphoid cell subsets using transcription factor locus driven reporter and fate mapping mice.
