This talk will cover a decade of neurogenetics research on the Biowulf cluster. We will mainly focus on constantly evolving Parkinson’s disease GWAS aimed at identifying novel risk variants, but we will also cover current generation analyses of disease progression, applied machine learning and big data analytics in a collaborative setting.
