Description: The National Children’s Study (NCS) would like to invite all community advisory board (CAB) members and other community stakeholders from across the country to participate in a Videocast on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. The Videocast will be hosted by NCS Director Dr. Steven Hirschfeld, other members of the NCS Program Office, and the NCS National Community Representatives. The purpose of the Videocast is to update our community partners on recent changes in the National Children’s Study, including changes in contractors and other recent transitions. The National Children’s Study would like to take this opportunity to clarify the transition process, and specifically discuss the role of local CABs and community stakeholders during the transition period and beyond.

The Videocast will have a question and answer session. Attendees are welcome to submit questions ahead of time to the NCS mailbox at ContactNCS@mail.nih.gov and there will also be an opportunity to submit questions during the event.

Please note this event is directed to community level supporters and Study Center staff of the National Children’s Study.
