The purpose of this page is to test your computer's web browser and RealPlayer software. It will collect information from your computer to assist us if we need to troubleshoot any problem you are having. If you change any browser settings you must click here to refresh this data instead of using your browser refresh button. You will not be able to watch live VideoCasts with a dial-up modem. A broadband connection of 350K or faster is required. You will not be able to watch VideoCasts if your network firewall blocks RTSP at port 554. This has to be allowed through your firewall to connect to our events. This is the default port RealServer uses and the standard for RTSP. You cannot watch NIH-only or HHS-only VideoCasts unless your computer is on the NIH network, HHS network or uses NIH VPN service. |
