Description: The Sleep 101 Symposium highlights advances and opportunities in sleep and circadian science and research to the public, sleep and circadian community, and federal research funding representatives. Multidisciplinary investigators are invited to share their expertise and perspectives on topics that are both timely and highly relevant to public health. The Sleep 101 Symposium is a joint effort between NHLBI and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and Sleep Research Society to meet the Mission of NCSDR to support and coordinate research as well as educate the public about the critical importance of sleep health.
