Description:	This workshop will identify actionable steps that NIH can take (alone and with others) to enable research use of clinical data, e.g., in pragmatic clinical trials, observational studies, and genome-phenome relationships using electronic health records and other clinical data. In particular, we will consider needs for: 1) research and development of new technologies and methods; 2) common infrastructure to enable the future research scenarios; and 3) policy changes necessary to facilitate progress.
