Description:

The Clinical and Translational Science Award program, which NCRR is leading on behalf of the NIH Roadmap for Medical Research, will advance clinical and translational science as a distinct discipline within a definable academic home. This new program will affect NCRR's General Clinical Research Centers and K12 programs. Changes affecting new and competing continuation applications will be announced in a Notice that NCRR intends to publish in the NIH Guide on October 12. NCRR's GCRC and K12 Principal Investigators and Program Directors will have an opportunity to ask NCRR staff questions.
